We are excited and honored to announce that TWO Siemens Acuson Sequoia Ultrasound machines have shipped this August and are to be delivered to the public hospital in Rivas Nicaragua “ Gaspar García Laviana” to service our community members free of cost to them.
The official act of ceremony will take place at the Hospital in Rivas, Nicaragua, next September 30, will assist to the event Our founder and Director Dr. Nathan Samras and also our Board member Dra. Mayra Rivas, Local City Health Department authorities, and the Hospital Administrative authorities, like the Hospital Director Dr. Jonathan Rivera and others Nicaraguan Health Ministery representatives.
None of this would be possible without the collaboration, support, and HARD work of Dr. Bernt Schmit founder of Humanitarian Radiology Development Corps and Nicaragua Global Health Project Board but also we make new partners through this project like Al-barro foundation who partner with us making possible quick shipping. Through this collaboration of medical equipment, all services rendered to the community are free of charge.
